Prices:
Our prices are posted both on the website and at the dock. Please do not ask our employees for discounts or deals because we feel that the prices are fair and are relative to other places in the Caribbean, Tahiti and in the US. Additionally, the costs to maintain safe vehicles and the gas costs are relatively high, so we have set the price accordingly. We would assume that customers do not ask hotels, restaurants, and bars on the island to lower their prices; therefore, we ask for the same respect with regard to our services. We hope that people will enjoy the waverunners and the services that our employees provide.
Reservations:
Reservations are highly recommended to ensure that a waverunner/tour guide is available on your desired day, especially during the busy season. If you want to schedule a specific time to reserve a waverunner, then please do not hesitate to call the Dock Office at 226-3205. Our tours will leave the dock at 8 & 10:30am and 1 & 3:30pm daily but still require a reservation. To confirm all reservation, we require a $100 (USD) credit card deposit. The reservation fee is refundable if canceled 24 hours prior to your scheduled day and time.

Inclement Weather:
For those who have scheduled reservations, please call the Dock Office (226-3205) to verify if the weather conditions are safe enough to go out, and if not, then we will either re-schedule or refund your deposit; however, we cannot guarantee available openings during the busy season.
Mechanical Problems:
In the event of a mechanical problem that was not caused by you or any other person operating the waverunner, we will re-schedule you or refund your deposit; however, we cannot guarantee available openings during the busy season.
